Since establishing AVR London in 2006 AVR London have worked on over 500 verified projects equating to thousands of images, most associated with planning applications, across every London borough and throughout the UK. Our methodology and verified images have also been used and accepted internationally and as far afield as Australia.
AVR London have experience from numerous large scale masterplans within London, from Heathrow in the West passing through The Golden Mile in Chiswick, Wembley, Crossrail, Old Oak Park, Vauxhall and Nine Elms, Surrey Canal, Old Kent Road, through to Canary Wharf, Stratford and the Olympic Park in the East. Involved at every stage from early design development through planning, inquiry and marketing, every project is approached with expertise, knowledge and a certain flexibility to allow for design development and deadlines.

About
Established in 2006 by Joseph Robson, AVR London is a collective of artists, architects and researchers.
We work closely with some of the world’s most respected architects and developers to produce convincing and captivating photo-montages, verified images, interiors, or stylised portrayals of schemes at competition, planning, or marketing stages.
Based in the centre of Greenwich, our studio of artists work in an intelligent and informed way, minimising wasted time and maximising the artwork’s impact. We have in-house photographers, large resources and a finely tuned methodology to ensure we can respond to tight client deadlines.
Working with the latest real-time technology, we can produce fully immersive, real-time virtual environments showing proposed developments in context. Over the last 17 years our verification, video and perception studies have been used to support hundreds of successful planning applications and inquiries, and praised by a number of notable KC’s for their accuracy and quality.
We also offer an independent verification checking service to ensure any external consultant’s work can be trusted or relied upon at inquiry or planning level.
